To day i will tell you about creating a blog or web site. Blog basically is web site. I think you will thought what is a difference of between blog or web site? Blog is a free if you want to web site so buy a domain. if you want to create a web site in blogger so buy just domain name for your own blog. Then you enter the domain name in your blog so your blog is called web site. If you will create a web site in any language so you can buy domain plus hosting.
Now start first you create a Google account.
Then login blogger.com.
So you enter in blogger dashboard.

Now click on new blog
Enter a Display name or url
